A couple of weeks ago I had a tweet from Worldfoods asking me if I was interested in joining a team to take on a few culinary challenges.
I must admit I was intrigued. They emailed and explained that they’d identified a small team of food bloggers who they would bring together in a facebook group to participate in cooking challenges and test/review their products. I love Asian food but rarely cook it so it seems like a good opportunity to expand my repertoire, learn from the others in the group and maybe find a few new short-cut products along the way.
I also work in PR so it’s interesting to see the process of how the company is working with bloggers and what they’ll do with the content that’s created.
There’s no money changing hands although they are sending out some free products for us to try. I’ll use them when I can, blog about them honestly and play my part in feedback to the rest of the team via the (private) facebook group.
