From time to time I get a bit of feedback about my recipes. It’s nice to know it’s not just my mum who’s reading 🙂
I’ve been told that I don’t write enough veggie recipes. I also get teased that everything I eat revolves around pork chops (I won’t name names but you know who you are…).
The reasons are pretty obvious – I’m a confirmed carnivore and don’t eat much veggie food. But in the interests of responding to ‘reader feedback’ and inspired by my first guest recipe post this week I am going to find more veggie things to cook.
If nothing else, I like a challenge (and most veggie recipes go really well with a nice griddled pork chop).
For starters I’ve added a new veggie category to the blog to make it easier to find meat-free recipes. I’m going to try and build up this section over the summer.
For now, here’s a quick list of current veggie easyteas recipes:
The best mash in the world (IMnotveryHO)
Roasted tomato and red pepper soup
Salads – making them more interesting (ignore the bits about adding meat, obviously)
and finally…
